CAD/CAM Design

2. Meeting to discuss the opinions of relevant personnel.
3. Analysis of forging mold-making techniques.
4. Evaluate the optimal mass production of the process.

Mold Flow Analysis

It is carried out in response to the best and most effective production of forging molds; and to assist in the correct selection of aluminum materials for forgings; to predict process problems.

Test Tied Product

1. Carry out QA confirmation arrangements for the locks according to the instructions provided by the customer.
2. If there are no actual lock samples, reverse scanning is required in advance to ensure the correctness of the dimensions.

Self-inspection

1. Independent inspection adopts a quantitative and scheduled inspection within the forging production schedule.
2. It is carried out by each different section/department in the factory.
3. The upper production process is responsible for the quality of the next following process.

Mass Production

1. The production management will pre-schedule according to the order shipping date, demand sequence, and raw material arrival schedule.
2. The factory director will then arrange and coordinate with the supervisors of each manufacturing unit and track the production progress.
3. The manufacturing unit personnel will conduct independent inspections and find and Report any abnormality for discussion at any time.
4. Q.C. performs random inspections and various inspection processes.
5. Forged products are packaged after being rounded up.
6. Shipping staff arrange shipment for customized forging parts.
