JIANG DING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a professional aluminum alloy forging part manufacturer established in China in 1992. With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in customizing aluminum alloy forging and steel materials forging products, including bicycle parts, auto parts, electronic parts, hardware parts, medical equipment parts, and more. We are also good at working with titanium, copper, iron, and other metals.
Our expertise has now expanded to OEM & ODM cooperative development & mass production of various industries. We provide vertically integrated services, from research and development to forging die design to CNC-processed products, to meet our customers' different needs. We also actively expand our market and competitiveness. In 2008, we invested in a Taiwan factory (global R&D center) and established a Vietnam branch in 2018 to meet local aluminum forging demands.

Diverse Forging Equipment
JIANG DING adopts advanced machines and equipment, including precision forging machines 1600T, 1000T, 600T & 400T. There are also stamping machines and a large number of precision machinery and equipment to provide customers with the most consistent service.
Independent Design and Development Molds
As an experienced forging component manufacturer, we have a competitive advantage in self-development. From the initial design drawing to the design and mold flow analysis of the mold, making the mold in-house, and testing the sample quality after the mold is completed, all the way to the completion of product trial production and mass production, all are carried out in the factory; the products are marketed around the world.
Autonomous Heat Treatment Capabilities
We independently perform heat treatment processes in our own factories using advanced technology and equipment. Our expertise includes annealing, normalizing, quenching, and tempering to improve material properties such as hardness, strength, and ductility. Moreover, heat treatment can reduce internal stresses introduced during forging. Our in-house qualified heat treatment capability enhances the quality and performance of metal products.

Our History
1992
JD China (JDSZ) was founded in Shenzhen, China.
2004
JD invested more in Shenzhen to build a new factory spanning 20,000 square meters to expand the original factory. The new factory starts operations in June, 2005.
2008
JD Taiwan (JDT) is founded as our R&D center; the product range includes parts for various industries such as cars/motorcycles/Yachts/Bikes/outdoors/hardware/medical equipment.
2015~2016
JD purchases several CNC machines to complete the one-stop-service production line.
2018
JD Vietnam (JDV) is founded in Pingyang province, Vietnam.
2019
JD China moves from Shenzhen to a new plant in Huizhou.
2021~2022
JD employs Moldflow Analysis Software; we also update our ISO certificate.
